PLANNING BOARD

 

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

The Walpole Planning Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on
Tuesday November 13, 2007 at 7:30pm in the Walpole Town Hall. The following
formally submitted applications will be reviewed by the Board for completeness
and if complete, accepted by the Board and the Public Hearing held.

1. Ernest and Wanda Way - Minor 2 lot subdivision located on Walpole Valley Rd. Map 13, Lot 41 in the Rural Agricultural zone. Purpose is to create Lot 1 (41) of 16.58 acres with the existing house and Lot 2 (41-1) of 5.02 acres. Lot 1 retains a strip of land along discontinued Santaw Lane for access to the back portion of Lot 42 owned by Mr. and Mrs. Way. Both lots meet frontage, acreage and setback requirements.

2. Jack Franks and Lisa Bierweiler - Minor 2 lot subdivision located on Ramsay Hill Rd. Map 8, Lot 86 in the Rural Agricultural zone. Purpose is to create Lot 1 (86) of 9.40 acres with the existing house and to create Lot 2 (86-1) “non-buildable” of 1.62 acres. Lot 2 will not require State subdivision approval because it is designated “non-buildable”. Both lots meet frontage, acreage and setback requirements.

3. Christopher and Kathy Monahan - Lot line adjustment located on 174 Barnett Hill Rd. Map 9, Lot 59 in the Rural Agricultural zone. Purpose is to create Lot 1 of 2.48 acres with the existing Monahan house and by removing 2/3rds of the easterly boundary line between Russell of Pamela Harding create Lot 2 of 14.57 acres. The additional acreage will be conveyed to the Harding’s. Both lots meet frontage, acreage and setback requirements.

All abutters and interested parties are encourage to attend, if you are unable to attend you may respond in writing to the Walpole Planning Board, PO Box 729, Walpole, NH 03608 prior to the meeting. Final action on the applications may be taken by the Board following the Public Hearing. If final action is delayed or the Public Hearing continued, the applications will remain on the agenda for the following regular monthly meetings or until a decision is reached, without further notice. Application and/or maps are available for public inspection on the bulletin board in the Lobby of the Town Hall during regular business hours.
