WELCOME TO THE WALPOLE PLANNING BOARD ONLINE

Walpole’s planning board reviews proposals for residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial building projects, individual lot-line adjustments, and requests for special exceptions to zoning limitations. The board also proposes or reviews suggested changes to Walpole’s zoning ordinances that are to be voted upon by the town. In addition, the board guides Walpole’s ongoing discussion of zoning and land use and periodically reviews and updates the town’s master plan.

On this site, you’ll find:

– the agenda of our next meeting and minutes from past meetings;
– Walpole’s zoning and land-use ordinances and any proposals for changes to them;
– how to bring proposals and other business to the board;
– the town’s zoning and site plan review regulations;
– Walpole’s master plan;
